Wednesday October 12 – Day 177 and Thursday October 13 – Day 178

I forgot to post yesterday.  It kicked my butt something fierce!

Wednesday

20 cal on bike
20 sit ups
2 stair runs
1 leg blaster
3 rounds

Just gross.  I got all the way through to the last leg blaster when my lungs gave out.  I just collapsed and didn’t finish those.  I’m okay with that.

Thursday
Today’s workout was sick.  It didn’t look bad on paper, but that means it usually will kick my butt.  It did.  But this time, I finished it all in 16:49

3 stair runs
50 lunges
100 Russian twists
2 rounds

Now I’m exhausted and thinking it’s going to be an early night.  After I finish laundry.

Tuesday October 11 – Day 176

I waited with bated breathe (eye roll) for him to send me a workout.  It took him almost all day, but he finally remembered late into the afternoon.

2 stair runs
1 leg blaster
4 rounds

Ummm yeah.  My legs got blasted.  So did my lungs!  I not only puked when I was done, but I believe I left a lung down in the gym.

I’m now exhausted and can’t really move much.

Friday October 7 – Day 174 and Monday October 10 – Day 175

Friday he never got back to me and I half assed it.  Seriously.

100 sit ups
100 squats
2 stair runs

Today, I actually reminded him cause I hate having to make up my own workouts.  It’s difficult to make up something with variety when I can only do so many exercises without killing the shoulder.

Not too terrible.  My ab muscles probably disagree but whatever.  I’m sleepy!

Thursday October 6 – Day 173

FAST!!!

Yeah.  This is exactly how he wrote it on the board.  I did it in 12:28 or so.  And the whole FAST thing gives the ass kicking a whole new level of suckiness.  But I did it!

Spent more time on the bike than the rest of the workout.  I need to work on that.  Really.

Tuesday October 4 – Day 172

OMG!  He realized that leg blasters don’t actually kill me, like I complained about with yesterday’s workout….

I would like to cut my legs off and get new ones now.  Holy freakin hell!  If he gives me a leg blaster tomorrow, I’m gonna punch him!

Monday October 3 – Day 171

Oh my gosh.  I have no words.  It was disgusting, it hurt and I’m surprised my left knee is not screaming at me right now….

Really?!?!


I struggle enough with regular lunges and he wanted to throw in the jump lunges?  Holy shit.  I tried a few of them and I fell over a few times.  I ended up with a cramp in my right foot where I have that Morton’s nueroma.  When it gets over worked, crushed by the shoes I wear, or extreme cold, it likes to freak out and drive me insane.

I’m ready for sleep.  It was a rough day at the office with payroll and then that workout actually made me feel better about the workday, but I’m exhausted now!
