Monday June 4 – Day 297
I skipped an entire week. The goblet squats from the last workout killed my back and knees, so I rested an entire week. I paid for it.
2 stair runs
20 db thrusters (20#)
20 burpees
5 rounds
then
1 minute plank holds
3 rounds
I did only 3 full rounds of the first part and then did all 3 plank holds. The stairs and the burpees in the same workout kick my ass alllll the time. No matter how much I workout or rest, when he gives me those I get my butt kicked harshly.
